Starting a company is a challenge. Doing it as a woman, in an ecosystem where access to funding, opportunities, and leadership roles remains unequal, is even more so.
The Startup Studio was born from this reality. We’ve created a space where women entrepreneurs can access the resources, expertise, and support they need to build and grow strong, profitable, and impactful businesses.

My founding vision.
When I envisioned La Féminance, supporting women wasn’t just part of my business plan, it was the heart of it. By creating La Féminance, I made a bold bet : that business could become a powerful lever for women’s empowerment by making the world of finance simpler, more accessible, and more human.
