What this site collects, where it goes, and how you stay in control.

Personal data

This site collects data in two places, and in two places only.

Email exchanges. When you write to contact@lafeminance.com, your address and the content of your message are used solely to reply to you. This information is kept for twelve months, then deleted. It stays between us.

Subscribing to the letter of the house. This takes place on Substack, where your email address is collected and processed by Substack Inc., a company incorporated in the United States at 548 Market Street PMB 72296, San Francisco, CA 94104. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Audience measurement

This site measures its traffic with Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This measurement places cookies on your device and serves to understand which pages interest visitors. You may decline it at any time through your browser settings, or install the opt-out add-on offered by Google at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@lafeminance.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
